1. Watch What You Eat & Drink
You are what you eat..and drink! Garlic and onions are the usual suspects for bad breath. Unless you're planning to scare a vampire away, limit your intake of these foods.

Coffee contains a potent residue that sticks to existing mouth plaque. So coffee lovers, we suggest you switch to green tea for your daily caffeine kick!

2. Fill up on that H2o
We don't have to tell you twice, water is important! In addition to flushing out toxins and hydrating your body, drinking water aids in stimulating saliva glands.

This will cleanse your tongue and teeth from food debris. If drinking water gets a little blasé, mix it up and add sliced lemons or even mint leaves too for that added freshness!

3. Brush Your Teeth Twice A Day
