Need we say more? Sleeping helps the body to repair and regenerate from a long day’s work. Just one hour less of sleep per night can lead to stress, fatigue and an inbalanced blood sugar levels which can rob you of your youthful glow. So make it a point to get to bed at the same time every night to help your body unwind and de-stress.

6. Moisturise and protect yourself from the sun

Moisturise, moisturise and moisturise! Hydrate your skin with a moisturiser for your skin type and remember to do it twice a day, everyday! And just because you’re out and about before the sun is up doesn’t mean you don’t have to slather on sunscreen. Unlike UVB light, UVA travels through windows in the office, home and cars too! If you’re not cooped up in the house 24/7, then you should be wearing a broad-spectrum sunscreen 365 days year, rain or shine.
